Dr. André Baranski

Introduction

Dr. Baranski heeft zijn studie geneeskunde gevolgd aan de Medische Academie te Warschau (Polen), waar hij in 1985 afstudeerde als arts en in 1994 zijn opleiding tot chirurg voltooide. Hij promoveerde tot doctor in de geneeskunde in 1990 op het proefschrift   “Factoren van invloed op het overleven van honden na orthotope allogene levertransplantatie“. Sinds 1997 is Dr. Baranski werkzaam in het LUMC als transplantatiechirurg met als wetenschappelijk belangstellingsgebied de uitname van organen. In september 2011 is hem het Honory Diploma of the European Board of Surgery toegekend, Qualifications in Transplantation Surgery, Module 1: Multi-Organ Retrieval, Module 2: Kidney Transplantation, Module 3: Pancreas Transplantation, Module 4: Liver Transplantation.
