The mission of the Clinical Genetics Department is to provide high-quality care attuned to the needs of patients and the doctors who refer them. To this end, an integral quality assurance system for all sectors of the Department has been realized. This not only means providing surety through accreditation of the various primary processes within Clinical Genetics, but also integral quality improvement on the departmental level.
It is however possible that you are not satisfied with the services provided by the department. You are invited to discuss your suggestions or complaint with the person in contact. If after this you want to submit an official complaint or suggestion we ask to send us a email.
Complaints will be dealt with according to the complaints procedure of the department of Clinical Genetics. This procedure is an important tool to come to improvement in quality of patient care and services and is in accordance with the LUMC complaint procedure.
