Research:

Manfred Wuhrer works on the development of glycoanalytical techniques with a key role for mass spectrometry. Applications are mainly focused on the characterization of protein glycosylation in clinical and biological research. Clinical collaborations are established in the fields of rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, longevity, as well as various infectious diseases.
