As part of Work Package 4 (WP4), we are pleased to share a recent achievement from the CURE4LIFE consortium: the publication of a peer-reviewed article by Greco et al. in Clinical Therapeutics, titled “A Systematic Review of Challenges and Opportunities in the Implementation of Managed Entry Agreements for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products.”

This systematic review explores how Managed Entry Agreements (MEAs) can support the reimbursement of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs), addressing challenges such as data infrastructure, legal and regulatory barriers, and administrative burden. It also identifies opportunities for innovative payment models, including financial, outcome-based, and hybrid approaches.

The publication reflects WP4’s commitment to identifying potential bridges towards sustainable and equitable patient access to advanced therapies.
