Leadership in academia transcends individual disciplines. Yet despite its multifaceted nature, interdisciplinary collaboration remains a challenge. Building on the foundation laid during last year’s symposium, this second edition continues our exploration of leadership as an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary field of study.
