Peptide and Tetramer Facility Immunology (PTFI)
Equipment
The equipment available in the Peptide and HLA-tetramer Facility is used to synthesize, purify and analyse peptides, recombinant proteins and HLA-tetramers. We also have equipment available to perform cell-free MHC-peptide binding studies.
Our equipment
- 2 Syro II peptide synthesizers (2 x 96 positions)
- 1 Syro I peptide synthesizer (high temperature, 24 positions)
- Maldi-Tof mass spectrometer and UPLC/MS equipment for peptide and protein analysis
- HPLC and Akta chromatography equipment and a variety of RP and SE columns for peptide and protein purification and to perform cell free MHC-peptide binding studies
- Bacterial incubator and high speed centrifuge
- Equipment for protein sequencing
- Equipment for parallel lyophilisation
