Peptide and Tetramer Facility Immunology (PTFI)

The Peptide and Tetramer Facility Immunology (PTFI) is part of the Immunology Department at the LUMC. We can synthesize, analyse and purify synthetic peptides as well as recombinant proteins.

Besides synthetic peptides, we are also able to provide a range of precious tetramer reagents that can be used to sensitively monitor the presence of T cells in a peptide-specific fashion. Our collection currently comprises the most common 25 class I alleles (human or murine).
