Population Health Management Summer School
Join the Summer School Population Health Management 2024 for an inspiring and scientific introduction to the fundamentals of Population Health Management at the LUMC-Campus The Hague for professionals (and students) working in and around healthcare. The keynote speakers and professors during the course are experts in their field and some of the speakers are faculty staff of the two year Master’s programme Population Health Management.
The Summer School is organised by the Master’s programme Population Health Management (PHM) which is part of the Faculty of Medicine of Leiden University (LUMC).

LUMC-Campus The Hague
The programme of the Summer School will take place on the LUMC-Campus The Hague which is a partnership between Leiden University, Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC), the hospitals Haaglanden Medisch Centrum (HMC), Reinier de Graaf Groep, Haga Ziekenhuis, the municipality of The Hague, the GGD Haaglanden, HADOKS and Parnassia Groep to create noticeable added value in care, training, medical education and patient-related research in The Hague region. The close connection to the research conducted by partners of the LUMC-Campus will be a key asset to the Summer School PHM programme.
