Immuno-Peptide Facility (IMMU)

At the immuno-Peptide Facility (IMMU), we synthesize, analyze and purify your synthetic peptides. IMMU is located in the Immunology Department at the LUMC.

Services

We synthesize, analyze and purify your synthetic peptides. We are also able to provide a range of precious tetramer reagents that can be used to sensitively monitor the presence of T cells in a peptide-specific fashion. Our collection currently comprises the most common 25 class I alleles (human or murine).

Equipment

The equipment available in the Peptide and HLA-tetramer Facility is used to synthesize, purify and analyse peptides, recombinant proteins and HLA-tetramers. We also have equipment available to perform cell-free MHC-peptide binding studies.
