SASC

The Sequencing Analysis Support Core (SASC) is established as an expertise team within the section MOLEPI to support Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis.

CAIRELab

The Clinical AI Implementation and Research Lab (CAIRELab) focuses on the implementation and valuation of AI in medical practice. The interdisciplinary collaboration between and among other healthcare providers, data scientists and researchers contributes to the application of valuable AI.

Data Analytics

The research facility Data Analytics is a collaboration of several research groups at the LUMC. We develop novel quantitative and computational methodology for biomedical and clinical research. We apply this methodology in data analytics projects with (pre-)clinical researchers.

Research Support Desk

The Research Support Desk (RSD) provides a central spot within the LUMC where researchers can have access to knowledge and support for all kinds of research related questions. The aim of the RSD is to utilize and bring together the expertise that is present within the LUMC and to bring researchers easily into contact with the right experts. Whether these are questions about writing a proposal, arranging resources or conducting research; regardless of whether the questions concern technical, procedural, methodological, or regulatory issues.

The coordination of the LUMC Research Support Desk is in the hands of the Advanced Data Management section of the Biomedical Data Sciences department. In addition, the individual sections of the Biomedical Data Sciences department are involved in the RSD as centers of expertise.
