Stichting Alexander is closing, and its staff and part of its activities will continue at EMMA. EMMA, an organization dedicated to strengthening connections between government and society, will build on Stichting Alexander’s more than thirty years of expertise in youth participation. This transition creates new opportunities to further embed the voices of young people in research and policy.
Stichting Alexander has confirmed that this organizational change will not affect their commitment to or involvement in the Cure4Life project. All planned responsibilities will continue within EMMA, ensuring full continuity.
Within Cure4Life, Stichting Alexander’s role—now carried forward by EMMA—focuses on strengthening patient and caregiver participation throughout the project. Their activities include coordinating an advisory group, conducting focus groups and interviews, and providing input across all project stages, including the development of the Quality of Life Assessment Toolbox (WP5).
The consortium welcomes this transition and looks forward to continued collaboration.
