How we work
We operate under a hybrid funding model, with institutional support and user fees covering operational costs. Our charges are designed to ensure fair access to state-of-the-art flow and mass cytometry services while maintaining sustainability. On average, internal customers pay 40% of the running costs of the instruments, academic customers pay 100% of the running costs, while commercial companies pay 100% of the running costs and instrument depreciation with a 26% overhead surcharge.

- Transparent pricing: Users are charged based on instrument booking time and service type (autonomous or operator assisted).
- Fair distribution: Rates reflect overhead, instrument maintenance, consumables, and support staff costs.
Upon request, an accountant-certified accountability document is available for reporting to funding agencies.
