Description
Meaningful activities are important to enhance the well-being and quality of life of persons with dementia. Maintaining these activities of persons with dementia is influenced by different factors. In this project, we want to explore these factors and investigate how we can support persons with dementia and their informal caregivers in maintaining meaningful activities. Our focus is specifically on the transition from home to nursing home.
