| DPS applicationThe main purpose of DPS is to introduce points of decision making. Application of DPS can start from the first year of medical education and can continue in all the following years of the education, especially when students are expected to make a sudden adjustment from pre-clinic to clinic. Additionally DPS might be put to use in the future as a test, as the program already evaluates all the actions of the students, resulting in a grade. DPS is able to simulate acute medical cases, where the speed of action is the most important factor, as well as cases that can last for years where students can chose to speed up time. |
